Confused about Life

This is how I feel about life right now. Work, art, family, fun, what? I don't really know what's going on. Am I doing this right? I don't think so.

P.S. IRL I wear makeup more often now that I am ADULT but I don't feel like drawing myself with it. Trading orange shirts for pink.
